Kitcat Wyoming Klutch [CAN]15412 (SOLD)
Mountainview Kyng Embrea [CAN]14534 is our second oldest Prairie Creek Fonzorelli Kyng [CAN]8828 daughter and now that Roxi has been sold, she is one of our biggest mares. "Emmy" is going to be a very big mare - expected to finish over 16 hands and around 1500 lbs. Emmy has a goddess personality type according to Dessa Hockley's book - "Is Your Horse a Rock Star?", making her extremely sweet, gentle, kind, and sensitive. She loves people and craves human interaction. Although Emmy is very big, she is a lover not a fighter so she tends to be lower in the pecking order. Emmy is very bonded to her human mama, but she has taken a real shine to Jasen since she foaled. Emmy is such a good girl - she loves being ridden by Jasen and she is always checking in to make sure he is OK.
Emmy was very lightly started when she was younger with 30 days of basic training before having some time off to grow up a bit. She had another 60 days of professional training with SR Horse Training in the winter of 2021 where she was given a nice, solid reining based foundation. Emmy is exceptionally smooth and a lot of fun to ride! She is very light and responsive to cues, and she loves to park at the mounting block to pick up her passengers. She truly is a gentle giant! We believe Emmy has the right temperament to be a lovely beginner friendly mount once she has a bit more time and and consistency under saddle. As she sits, she would be best suited to an intermediate rider that can get her back into the swing of things. We have ridden after several months off in the past and she did great - we just don't have the time to ride this season. Emmy has no vices and has never offered to buck, bolt, or rear under saddle. She can be a bit nervous on her own, so she would do best having a calm and confident handler that she can trust.
Emmy had her first foal on May 20, 2023 and she proved to be an exceptional mother. Her foal - Kitcat Wyoming Klutch (SOLD) was absolutely massive at birth, and he was even born with greenish grey eyes! Emmy has had some time off due to no fault of her own. We still need to downsize our herd a bit more to make room for our 2025 foals (two mules and a half Arabian), so we have made the difficult decision to offer Emmy to an approved home. We are temporarily offering her at a discounted price as she has had some time off from being ridden and could probably use a quick refresher to get her back into a regular routine. If purchased before December 31, 2024 we will let her go for $10,000.00 CAD to the PERFECT home. If we find time to start riding her again, or keep her over the winter her price will go up to $13,500.00.
