       Kitcat Kyng Ivan was born at around 5am on July 1st, 2021 out of our mare Cache Phenom Xiss [CAN]13487 and sired by our senior stallion Prairie Creek Fonzorelli Kyng [CAN]8828. "Ivan" got his name because he always looked cranky so he reminded us of "Ivan the Terrible"... Even though Ivan always looked grumpy, he was the farthest thing from it! Ivan adored people and would nicker to anyone he could see and leave the herd to come say hello. His gentle, bold, brave, and willing disposition made him an absolute joy to halter and obstacle course train. Ivan was fearless right from the start, swimming across a deep canal and going over a mattress at liberty when he was only a few days old. There was nothing that phased him - he was such a brave, confident colt and one will we always remember! 

 

         Ivan was SOLD very quickly, and he joined his paternal grandsire Prairie Creek Cesar Fonzorelli [CAN]6956 in Sedro-Wooley, Washington in the winter of 2021. His new owners loved Ivan so much that they bought his full brother Kitcat Kyng Journey [CAN]15250 in 2022.
