Kitcat Kyng Georgia [CAN]14717 was our very first home grown Canadian foal! She is our third oldest Prairie Creek Fonzorelli Kyng [CAN]8828 daughter. Georgia has a big personality, and despite her age she is quite high in the pecking order likely because she was raised as an only foal in 2019. Georgia is especially bonded to her human papa Jasen - and she would do absolutely anything for him. Georgia is naturally very protective, and has been known to chase deer, coyotes, foxes, and snakes away from the rest of the herd. Georgia started some basic round pen and desensitization training in the winter of 2023, and enjoyed the extra attention.
Georgia received 60 days of professional training (western with a strong reining foundation) at S.R Horse Training in March and April 2024 and she did exceptionally well. She had a good attitude and never offered to buck, bolt, rear, or spook. Georgia loved having a job to do, and was very eager to please her rider. She developed a great whoa and amazingly soft and agile back up. She is very light and responsive to rein, leg, and seat aids, as well as voice commands. She is attentive to her rider, and takes pride in a job well done. Georgia has a big powerful trot with very smooth and floaty movement especially for such a big horse. She is light on her feet, and has potential to go in any direction.
Georgia had some time off after coming home from training due to no fault of her own, but has recently started being worked with again in December 2024. She is currently best suited to an intermediate rider as she is a big powerful horse that is still young and green. We believe that Georgia has the right attitude to eventually be suitable as an experienced youth mount for someone caring and confident. Georgia has some cosmetic blemishes on her front right leg from an injury as a foal. She has been x-rayed and cleared as being 100% sound.
Georgia will be available to an approved home in the spring of 2025 once she has more time under saddle. Her price will be determined by her level of training at listing time. If you are interested in giving Georgia an amazing home, please feel free to contact us with more information about yourself and what your plans would be for Georgia.
