     Xiss has been SOLD and she joined her amazing new family with Janet and her sister Josephine in British Columbia on Canada Day 2023. As much as we miss Xiss, we are so happy that she got to go to the most perfect home we could have ever asked for. Xiss has become Josephine's best friend and an exceptional trail riding partner! Janet and Josephine have both built a strong bond with Xiss, and they plan to continue her training under the mentorship of a qualified coach and trainer. Xiss absolutely loves all the adventures she has been on since she left us, and she has been taking exceptionally good care of Jo! Janet is proving to be an exceptional steward of the breed, and she plans to breed Xiss to a suitable stallion in the future to help the breeds critically endangered status.

Xiss was one of our shorter mares standing at just a hair under 15 hands. Xiss was green broke to ride after completing sixty days of professional training with SR Horse Training in the winter of 2022, but she has been incredible on the trails for her new owners and is quickly becoming a "Steady Eddy". Xiss always has a great attitude and shows a very strong desire to please. She has a big heart and she will do anything for a belly scratch!
